Shaleen brings a robust background in operational management, having navigated the human resources department within the Department of the Air Force for 20 years. She has seamlessly transitioned these skills to Oracle, ensuring efficient management and communication for our property owners and tenants under our agreements. In addition to her role as Operations Director, Shaleen possesses advanced knowledge of the real estate industry as a Managing Broker with our referral partner, Voyage Realty Group.
With her extensive real estate expertise, Oracle guarantees compliance with state and local laws regarding tenant and owner representation. As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Shaleen collaborates with industry professionals to implement innovative strategies for enhancing customer relations in property management.
